The place was absolutely gorgeous and spotless too. The bed was comfy, the rooms were spacious and the view of Whitney Abbey out of the top window was gorgeous. The host was very helpful and there is also a useful guide you can access online when you book which tells you everything you need to know about the property and the surrounding area. We would definitely book here again and recommend to friends and family.

This is a lovely place to stay. Walking distance into the centre. Place was pristine and one of the comfiest beds we have ever slept in. Amazing base to explore Whitby. Host very responsive and helpful. Would definitely book again.

A gorgeous home. Perfect for attending an Aunt’s 80th birthday celebrations with my husband, daughter & 2 granddaughters. We know Whitby well so we’re not really there for sightseeing but if you’re a first timer to Whitby, this is a great spot to discover the town from. The house has everything needed for a home-from-home. Great to have a family bathroom plus en-suite shower/loo in the main bedroom. Beds are very comfy, especially the main bedroom. So much so that I noted the manufacturer as im looking for a new mattress at home Parking can be a little tricky but is free and once a spot has been found, there’s no need to move if staying in the town. It is a short walk to the town centre and all amenities. Joanne was proactive in contacting me prior to our arrival and supplied a great guide to the house etc. I totally recommend this little gem of a property.
